Abstract
Taking into account the interaction of an electron with both, bulk longitudinal‐optical (BO) and surface‐optical (SO) phonons, the cyclotron resonance of a magnetopolaron in a polar‐crystal slab at finite temperatures is investigated by using the generalized Larsen perturbation‐theory method. The temperature dependence is studied of the cyclotron resonance mass of a magnetopolaron in the resonant region of the GaAs slab.
Es wird die Zyklotronresonanz eines Magnetopolarones in einer polaren Kristall‐Schicht, wobei sowohl Elektron–longitudinal‐optisches (BO)‐Phonon‐ als auch Elektron‐optisches Oberflächen (SO) Phonon‐Wechselwirkungen berücksichtigt werden, mit der verallgemeinerten Larsen‐Methode bei endlichen Temperaturen untersucht. Die Temperaurabhängigkeit der Zyklotronresonanzmasse dieses Magnetopolarons im GaAs‐Film im Resonanzgebiet wird diskutiert.
